The Italian film Suspiria is one of those horror classics that probably doesn’t need to be remade, but we’re getting a 2018 reboot anyway! Upon closer inspection though, it appears that Call Me by Your Name director Luca Guadagnino may be on to something with his re-telling of the 1977 original. Guadagnino premiered footage of his film at CinemaCon in April to an audience that nearly vomited over the clip. This teaser trailer isn’t as graphic, but it sure looks creepy and it definitely has us counting down the days for its release.
The 2018 version stars Dakota Johnson, Tilda Swinton, Mia Goth, Jessica Harper (lead actress of the original) and Chloe Grace Moretz, with Radiohead’s Thom Yorke composing the soundtrack.
